We want to produce wines which consist of earth, sun, air and water. No more no less. That’s why we work in close connection with nature and gradually move away from technology and other tools. Our wines are free of chemical fertilizers and synthetic spraying, selected yeast, artificial fining, oak chips, artificial tannins, and all the rest that is not provided by Mother Nature. Our work method is heavily influenced by the bio-dynamic teachings of Rudolph Steiner, and we are on our way to becoming a fully bio-dynamic winery in the near future.
